Look at that, you SOB!

Hello! I am here to hijack DJK's blog with this first posting. Lots of great people have passed away this year. Among them is Edgar Mitchell, a NASA astronaut involved in Apollo 14. I must admit, I never heard of him prior to 10 minutes ago, but he had this one awesome quote describing his experience of seeing the Earth from the Moon.

Quick Thought Provoking Posts #001 - Quantum Break - Reading Emails

In the game Quantum Break, Time is collapsing and the world is reaching the end, Random Moments of fractures occur causing time to stop, But due to reasons our main character is not.

So if time were to stop moving or moving at a very very slow pace.
Would our hero still be able to go to computers and read emails? As we can do to uncover the story of the game.
