30th July 2014 - Life Log #004

Hello Readers, Sorry for the rather late post, but it has been quite a tiring past few days,

Sunday was a beach day, So had to wake up at 5:30 in the morning, had some breakfast and it was my turn to drive on the way there. Probably an hour and a half drive actually feeling quite used to being behind the wheel. In Malaysia Port Dickson is that Beach where the only reason you go there is because its the closest one. Otherwise you would be rather disappointed by it. If your a tourist planning on enjoying the beaches in Malaysia I would definitely recommend Redang Island before any other though apparently there is a side of the island with bad beaches so be sure to find out where your heading.

After a long day on the beach torturing ourselves with sea water splashing in our eyes, Playing Beach Football and eating BBQ. Getting home feeling really tired out and out of all the places to get sunburned it had to be the shoulders.

Yesterday was another interesting day with a last minute day trip to Genting Highlands, we visited the Strawberry Farm and the nearby Chin Swee Temple. It was a rather interesting day with a lot to see, Though sadly their honey at the bee farm in Genting was quite expensive to the pure honey you can get in Cameron Highlands. The Strawberry Farm really loved putting their Strawberries in everything they have from anything from Strawberry Jam, Strawberry Concentrate, Strawberry Tea & Coffee, Strawberry Water and even Strawberry Chicken,

Chin Swee Temple is quite a place to visit for the path of enlightenment walking through all the chambers of hell. An interesting walk in which when we just finished it started to rain so thanks to that perfect timing we were able to get out of it fine. Though with being in the highlands the fog and rain was never a great mix and visibility was so low that it left us stranded in the hotel lobby for awhile till the skies clear at least clear enough to drive safely. After we had some late lunch/early dinner. And the day ends parting ways.

Roosevelt Joining K-Radio13 - ART ART ART and ART Commissions :D

As the title suggests, Roosevelt will be joining us on K-Radio13Rebirth,

Otherwise known as WeDoodleIt on DeviantArt, 

She will be posting her digital drawins on her blog and hopefully with enough support she will be opening to request for commissions of coarse.

The price of the commissions is still under discussion and will probably vary from anything from the usual Outlined, Flat Colouring and Full Detailed Colouring, As Roosevelt is relatively new at this here commission fees will be at a discount price for the first few months so if you like her art style be sure to keep watch and support her once her commissions are open.

He ran his fingers through his shaggy brown locks and stared into the emptiness of the small bedroom with his swollen blue eyes. His roommate was out with his girlfriend and was only going to be back after midnight. Rob Davis sat at the edge of his bed shirtless, his jersey laid out carelessly on the carpet floor. He opened the drawer of his bedside table and carefully removed a gun. It was shiny black and terrifyingly cold. He placed it beside him and flipped out his phone from his pocket, dialing his younger brother's number back in Connecticut.
He listened to the echo of the distant ringing and there was a soft "Hello?"
"Oliver?"
"Yeah? Is that you Rob? Dude, I haven't talked to you in ages, how are you?"
"Haha, I'm good (I'm far from good), I've been really busy here, how bout' you?"
"I've been alright, it's just that, well, things have been pretty shit without you, you know, like with mom and dad..."
"I know..." Rob trailed off for a minute. Their parents usually had really bad arguments, it got so bad that Rob had to take Oliver out of the house and pretend that everything was okay even though they both knew how horrible the situation actually was. But now that Rob is studying abroad, Oliver isn't able to escape from the screaming and fighting.
"But you have to stay strong for me okay?"
"Yeah, well, whatever. Hey, you're going to be back home next month right?" His voice was suddenly filled with excitement.
'Home' Rob thought, a lump started to form in his throat and a minute soon passed.
"Rob? You there?"
"Ah, yeah, of course I am" He tried to add a bit of cheer in his voice but it was barely there.
"Promise? Cos' last time you were supposed to be back you cancelled at the last minute, jerk"
"Yeah, of course I promise I'll come (I'm sorry)" He will never see Oliver again, never watch him grow up and have a life of his own. 'No, I can't think about that' Rob thought.
"Kay great! It'll be like old times right?"
"Yeah" Rob changed the subject. "So how's school?"
"School's pretty alright, I just got through exams and I passed in all my subjects so far"
I'm proud of you "Good to know you're not flunking"
"Haha yeah, well, hey I gotta go to sleep, mom's going to kill me if she knows I'm still up" Mom was always like that, worrying that if we don't get enough sleep we'll end up with some make belief illness. But that's what made her so lovable. 'Annoying, but lovable' Rob thought.
A sudden clap of thunder made Rob realize it was raining, it pounded onto his window like bullets, as if on cue for his final act.
"Right..." He felt another lump forming in his throat. "I love you a lot Oli" And before he could get a reply he hung up the phone and picked up the gun. There's only one way to do it. Quickly. He raised the gun to his temple and squeezed the trigger.

13th July 2014 - Life Log #002

Yesterday was quite the interesting day, I only expect it to be just the three if us but it ended up being an 11 people group with some past classmates from school, A lot of walking and talking it was quite fun catching up with everyone,

As the group started to diminish the small group of ours were a little more close knit and more interesting conversation sparked, talks about politics, government, the future, development, and so much more.

It was a rather great day, came home at about 11:30pm so that's why this post is the day after. 

Today was another usual Sunday for me I guess, going to mass in the morning and then heading over to Sunway Pyramid for lunch at Ichiban Ramen and its safe to say their portions has increased and the quality of food is rather good for their fair pricing.

11th July 2014 - Life Log #001

Another usual day at home again, Meeting up tomorrow with friends I've haven't seen for quite a long time, metting up at KLCC park, hopefully it will be a great day.

Bon Odori has been confirmed 20th September so I'm quite excited for that even if its 2 months away .
Bon Odori is a Japanese Festival and it's rather fun attending, with good Japanese Food, Drinks and Dancing. Truly would be a night to remember,

Reviews, Reviews, Reviews, Anime Reviews

Will be writing reviews on the Anime series that I would recommend to watch, or maybe not recommend to watch, Either way it would just be my opinion,

Will be writing probably 2 Reviews for complete season reviews each month, More or less, I'll do my best to keep that pace,

Most of the anime's I tend to watch would mostly be "Slice of Life" but if you have an anime you would like to recommend me to watch feel free to post a comment,
